"Panorama Scholarly Group (PSG) is dedicated to the dissemination of research to the widest possible audience. We firmly believe that free and unrestricted access to research is essential for the advancement of science and society."
In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition, Panorama Scholarly Group defines "open access" as the free availability of peer-reviewed literature on the public internet, permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers.
Panorama Scholarly Group operates on a sustainable Open Access model to ensure the long-term archiving and wide dissemination of high-quality research.
We are proud to champion Diamond Open Access. This means there are NO Article Processing Charges (APCs) for authors and no fees for readers. All costs are subsidized by our institutional partners to promote global health equity.
Other Disciplines: To cover the costs of rigorous peer review, copyediting, typesetting, hosting, and archiving for Social Sciences and Engineering journals, a standard Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to accepted manuscripts. Fees vary by journal and article type.
* Please refer to specific journal guidelines for waivers and low-income country policies.

We actively support the long-term preservation of scholarly research. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit all versions of their paper (Pre-print, Accepted Manuscript, Published Version) in institutional or subject repositories immediately upon publication without embargo.
